Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel is in a great location, perfect for exploring the city with fantastic proximity to shopping, the tram, and central market. The rooms, though overlooking other areas, are spacious and feature separate bedrooms. The service is top-notch with warm and helpful staff, especially accommodating for families. The dining options are slightly limited and pricey, but the presence of a washer/dryer in the suite room compensates for it.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were clean, beautifully appointed, and very comfortable, but there was a mix-up with the bed arrangements that could have been better handled. The location was excellent for exploring Adelaide, with easy access to wineries and shopping. The service was friendly and helpful, and the dining options were good but somewhat limited. I enjoyed the view from the balcony despite the small windows. Overall, a decent option in a convenient location.
The hotel was a gem in the heart of Adelaide, boasting well-equipped and plush rooms with excellent service. The fascinating old building offered full kitchen, laundry, and bathroom facilities, creating a lovely and quiet stay with a high level of cleanliness. Although it lacked a washing machine as initially advertised, the overall experience was delightful.
The hotel is in a convenient location for exploring Adelaide, close to main attractions, shops, and restaurants. The rooms were clean but lacked elevator access. The service was exceptional and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The dining experience was mixed, with excellent food quality but slow service at times.
The hotel had large rooms with high ceilings and huge windows, offering beautiful views of the courtyard area. It was lovely, quiet, and impeccably clean, with a lounge room, great kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. The service was top-notch, with very friendly and accommodating staff throughout. The location was brilliant, within walking distance of the city center and major attractions. The dining experience was reasonable but slightly overpriced. Overall, a great stay with a few minor drawbacks.
